First time logging in?

To access the client only area of RTI’s web site, you will need your unique RTInetID and password. If you don’t know your RTInetID or password:

RTIconnect and RTIWeb Users

Call RTI at 800-937-1290 and we will provide you with your login information.

RTI2000 Users

You can easily find the login information in your RTI 2000 software:

• From the Restaurant Financial System, choose Maintenance on the main menu, and then choose Parameters. Scholl down to the bottom of the list - the information is listed under RTInet Call-In Parameters as “ID” and “Password.”
• Or from the Restaurant Management System, choose Maintenance, and then choose General Information. Scholl down to the bottom of the list—the information is listed under RTInet Call-In Parameters as “ID” and “Password.”
