Accounts Payable (A/P) Check Formats
Accounts Payable (A/P) checks are offered in two continuous formats and one laser style. For a detailed look at a particular check format, simply click on one of the pictures below.
Continuous 36-Invoice A/P Check
The 36-Invoice stub is our most popular continuous A/P format. If a single check pays more than 36 invoices, a separate statement will be printed at the end of the check run.
Laser A/P Check
Our voucher A/P laser check is perfect when you need a payment stub to accompany the check, and one to staple to the paid invoice or statement.
Continuous 12- to 15-Invoice A/P Check
If you need more detail about your invoices and payments, the 12- to 15-Invoice stub has space for a description and invoice amount.

Continuous Enhanced Payroll Check
and Direct Deposit Voucher
The Enhanced stub is our most popular continuous Payroll format. The columnar format provides more detail than our Standard format and makes it easy to line up checks in the printer. The Enhanced stub provides both current and year-to-date details for all fields, and it lists individual deduction and addition detail.
Continuous Standard Payroll Check
Our Standard Payroll stub provides a structured box format, best suited for simple payrolls. If you need more detail, we recommend the Enhanced format shown above.
Note: Continuous Payroll Vouchers are available only in the Enhanced format.
Laser Payroll Check & Voucher
The Laser Payroll check/voucher is located at the top of the sheet, followed by a double-length perforated stub. This longer stub is useful when employees have a significant amount of detail that needs to be shown. Also, there is room to include a standard message to your employees, such as notices for upcoming staff meetings, holiday wishes, etc.
