Pay

401(k) Pension Plan
RTI offers a 401(k) plan through Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. You have 100% control over the investments you want to make as our plan is self-directed. Employees participating in the plan have enjoyed an annual company match.
Performance-Based Bonuses
RTI believes in rewarding those employees who consistently go beyond what is required in their position. To compensate employees for this effort, RTI awards annual bonuses.
Health Insurance
RTI provides medical insurance coverage for full time employees. RTI pays the full employee amount and half the cost for dependents.
Learning Materials to Grow Professionally
RTI encourages all of its employees to grow professionally. The more you know and apply, the higher your value is to the company. When you increase your skill set, both you and the company win. Educational Financial Assistance
RTI recognizes that some employees want to continue their formal education. To support this, RTI provides educational assistance to all eligible employees. This includes reimbursement for tuition, books and lab fees for any approved career related course in which the employee receives a grade of “A” or “B”.
Vacation
Full-time employees accrue vacation as follows:
- 5 days the first year
- 10 days in years 2–4
- 15 days in years 5–9
- 20 days 10+ years
Paid Holidays
We observe seven paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, and Christmas Day.
