Application Support Representative
(Back-Office)

RTI is hiring an Application Support Representative to service clients of the restaurant back-office management system, RTIconnect. RTIconnect helps operators maximize profits by providing Food, Labor, and Cash controls. This position operates in a help desk environment (Mon–Sun) located in Marietta, GA and involves application support including product installation, problem solving, product change requests, product administration, team collaboration, 3rd party vendor communication as well as addressing end user questions.

Associate’s degree or higher required—restaurant experience preferred. This position requires a professional presence, excellent communication and organizational skills, creative problem-solving skills, and ability to adapt to changing workflow. This is an opportunity to grow professionally in a great office environment supporting operators on our proprietary software. General PC skills are needed. Salary DOE.
