General Ledger (G/L) automates the accounting process. For a completely integrated financial solution, General Ledger works with RTI’s Payroll, Menu Management, Daily Store Reporting, and Accounts Payable modules.
G/L reduces from weeks to days the time required to produce financial statements. You can run individual or consolidated financial statements or budgets (and you decide when to run them). These statements can be produced quickly and easily, for any accounting period in the operating year.
Using G/L, you can view long-range historical balances (up to 5 years) to get a broad view of your business’s financial health. User-friendly features such as automatic accommodation of prior period adjustments, customizable report formats, and automatic journal entries streamline data entry.

Send them to your CPA!
G/L has a unique feature, CPA Utilities, which gives you the ability to send subledgers and even financial statements directly to your CPA over the modem. If your CPA is a Partner with RTI, they can download your data, do their accounting work, and send it back to you through the computer.
