Recipes
Menu Management comes pre-built with all of your menu items, their standard recipes, and all inventory items needed in the recipes. Each recipe lists the type of ingredients, item name, units of measure, and quantities of each ingredient. And each menu item comes complete with a standard recipe. Standard recipes can be modified to reflect regional differences without changing the standard recipe.
As your menu changes, you receive additional inventory items and recipes on-line from RTI. Since RTI provides updates to you, the labor-intensive maintenance of the recipe database is eliminated. And, the owner/operator is assured of accuracy and timeliness.
