RTIconnect Support Plan
RTIconnect is designed to be an intuitive, easy-to-use system for both your restaurant managers and your office staff. The menu customization and security control features allow you to customize the sytem to mirror your existing internal processes—minimizing training time in your restaurants.
To expedite the learning curve, RTI trains your office or supervisors to provide “first-level” support directly to your restaurant managers. This “train the trainer” approach ensures consistency in your operations, and keeps your supervisors in the loop on daily restaurant activities which impact your business.
“Second-level” support is provided to your office or supervisors by the RTI support team. Our helpdesk provides toll-free telephone assistance, extended support hours, and faster-than-average response times. Each of the support team members bring pertinent real world experience to the RTI support environment, and stand ready to handle both your simple “how-to” questions and more complex research tasks. With direct access to our development staff, they can provide prompt assistance on even the most complicated issues.
Our normal support hours are:
8:30am–7pm EST, Monday–Thursday
10am–5pm EST, Friday (support meeting 8–10am)
All support calls are answered on a first-come/first-serve basis. Messages left after-hours, during weekends, and on holidays will be answered during regular business hours.
On-screen User Guides and Videos
RTIconnect has a complete on-screen manual that lets you electronically search for the help that you need. You can access the on-screen user guides from the RTIconnect Help menu.
Context-specific help is available from all screens and demonstration videos are available to show you how to complete many tasks in the system.
