RTIconnect Training
Group training sessions can be scheduled at your office (or other location in your area) to minimize your managers’ time away from their restaurants.

RTI provides both Administrative/Corporate user and Store user training for RTIconnect. When you license the RTIconnect software, we will work with you to coordinate a “Train the Trainer” plan that fits the needs of your organization. Instructor-led training is provided either online or onsite at your location, depending on the RTIconnect version you select.
After your initial training is complete, there are many resources available to you for ongoing RTIconnect learning.
Online User Guide
The online User Guide is available directly from the RTIconnect menu, and through icons contained throughout the system. Choosing the help icon from any RTIconnect screen will display help material that is specific to that screen.
The User Guide has a search feature, and contains a wealth of detailed “how-to” type instructions. In addition, many of the “how-to” examples contain a “show me” feature, which plays a video tutorial of the specific “how-to” process detailed in the guide.
On-Site Training
When on-site training is required, RTI's training coordinator will discuss your objectives and success criteria with your operations team and develop a custom implementation plan designed to meet your goals. We typically visit your store(s) for 3 days on the intial trip, during which we conduct training sessions and work directly with your store manager(s) during their opening and/or closing processes. Then after checking results and getting your feedback during the first two weeks, we schedule an additional 2-day onsite visit for any “refresher” training that may be needed, and to move forward with implementation of additional functionality.
As part of the implementation process, a dedicated RTI support representative will be assigned to your company through your first processing cycles in each RTIconnect module. Your dedicated rep will coordinate both administrative and store-level training for RTIconnect. Follow-up training is typically conducted in two online sessions, so that you can minimize the impact on your daily operations.
The cost of on-site training is only $500 a day, plus travel, accommodations, and incidental expenses. This is truly a great investment for your company, and will pay returns each day through more productive use of your RTIconnect software.
Instructor-Led Online Training Classes
For certain versions of RTIconnect, RTI offers interactive online courses that teach concepts of each of the RTIconnect systems—Food, Labor, Cash Reporting. Class size is limited to only 10 students, so that every student has the opportunity to ask questions and interact with the instructor and others in the class.
Dedicated online training courses can also be customized exclusively for your organization.
