RTI stands behind our restaurant software with quality customer support that is unmatched in the industry. Our helpdesk is located in Atlanta, Georgia and provides toll-free telephone assistance, extended support hours, and knowledgeable representatives.

RTI Client Services

RTI has a team of dedicated experts with backgrounds in restaurant operations and management, accounting, payroll, help desk support, and advanced technical support. They answer everything from how-to questions to more involved configuration and data issues. To make sure that more complex issues get the attention they deserve, the support team has direct access to RTI Development, Quality Assurance, and Management teams.

Messages left after-hours, on weekends, and on holidays will be answered during regular business hours. After-hours emergency support and monitoring is handled by RTI on a 24x7 basis.

Online Support Service

From our website you can choose to launch a remote support session with RTI, allowing RTI to establish a one-time connection to your computer so we can remotely support your software. You can monitor all of our support activity throughout the session and take control of the session or disconnect at any time.
