Healthcare Status Report
You spoke, and we listened. Many of you let us know that the Healthcare Status Report, originally available as a one-time report, could serve you on an ongoing basis. So we updated the report to make it available anytime you want.
The report still works the same way. It displays the healthcare status for all employees by store. Under each store, the report groups employees by their status, so you can easily see who qualified and accepted, who has qualified but not accepted, who has not qualified, who is still in their measurement period, etc.
This report provides a complete view of all your employees to help ensure that everybody is accounted for—especially during times of mass enrollment like the end of a measurement period—or if you forget to run the Manager Action Report each pay period.

For detailed information on the Healthcare Status Report, including a list of all statuses and their definitions, please consult the Payroll User Guide on the Help menu.
NOTE: The Healthcare Status Report does not replace the Manager Action Report. During each pay run the Manager Action Report alerts you when new hires reach the end of their measurement period. For more information on the Manager Action Report, see our last Healthcare Bulletin.
