Support Hours
Our normal support hours are:
Monday–Thursday: 8:30am–7pm EST
Friday: 10am–5pm EST (support meeting 8–10am)
Any time you place a support call—either with the receptionist or by voice mail—please provide the following information to ensure that your call is returned promptly:
- Official company name
- Company phone number
- Company’s owner/operator name
- Brief description of your request or question
- Name of support rep you’ve been working with IF this is a call-back to an existing issue
- Whether or not this is a critical issue and should be coded as a priority call-back
Providing a description of your support issue enables the receptionist to route your call to the support rep who can best answer your question. Also, the rep can do any necessary research before calling you back, keeping your phone time to a minimum.
RTI’s modified voice-mail system offers menu options for Support, Checks & Business Forms, Accounting, Data Services, and the Operator. Dial ‘“0”’ to reach our operator at any time. Messages left after-hours, on weekends, and on holidays will be answered during regular business hours.
