Online Support Service

The button below launches a pre-scheduled remote support session with RTI. Please click this button only when directed by your RTI Client Services representative. If you have questions or need to request support, call RTI at 800-937-1290.

Note: If this is your first time using RTI’s Online Support or if you have trouble with the session, you may need to make a few simple changes to your computer configuration. In this event, please see the configuration notes at the bottom of this page.

By clicking this button, you enable RTI to establish a one-time, temporary Internet connection to your computer so that we may provide remote support for your RTI software. Your RTI support representative will be able to view your computer screen and control your keyboard, which helps us troubleshoot and diagnose any issue that you have reported. Of course, you can monitor our support activity throughout the session. You can take control of the session or disconnect at any time.

Configuring your computer for Online Support

Disable “pop-up blockers”

Pop-up blockers prevent Web-based applications from functioning properly. Please temporarily disable them.

Java

Java is required to use RTI Online Support. If you do not have Java installed, please download Microsoft Java Virtual Machine. When prompted, click Run, and your system will automatically download and run the Java setup file.

Test Your Browser

To ensure a successful connection, you may be asked by your RTI support representative to check your Internet Explorer components and configuration. If asked by RTI, please run this Browser Test.

If asked to install and run the Linktivity Web Software Tool, select Always Trust and choose the option Yes.
