In an effort to speed up service, RTI would like you to fax in requests for new Menu Management inventory and menu items. Upon receipt of your fax request, an RTI representative will determine the correct item numbers and fax them back to you (RTI FAX: 770-590-4313).

MENU ITEMS

Different types of stores use different ingredients to build a menu item. If the new menu items you are requesting use any of the following items, please check off all the items that apply to your stores.

__ Hotcake Mix

__ Pre-Cooked Sausage

__ Scratch Biscuits

__ Pre-Cooked Bacon

Complete one line for each menu item and a separate line for any corresponding combination meal. Please include sizes (Example: Large Fries).

NOTE: It is not necessary to request any inventory item that is an ingredient in a menu item listed above.

 

Complete one line for each new inventory item. Please complete the Vendor Reference # using the number shown for the item on your vendor invoice. For Operating Supplies, please give as detailed a description as possible, i.e., 40 Inch Bulb #F12343 Used in Freezer.

IMPORTANT: Review the imported items to verify that they meet your company’s needs. Vendors may, from region to region, package the same inventory item differently. Verifying recipes and your inventory item packaging is necessary to ensure database accuracy.
