Learning a new software package can be a challenge—or a piece of cake. How quickly you learn and get up to speed depends partly on your individual aptitude for learning, but mostly on the training you receive.
RTI offers several training tools to ease the transition into using RTI software.
Product Tours & Tutorials
In the course of first learning RTI 2000, all clients are encouraged to go through the RTI Product Tours, which provide a solid conceptual overview of each application.
Next, users should work through the product-specific tutorials. Each tutorial leads you through hands-on exercises, giving you a thorough introduction to the application. All tutorial guides have step-by-step instructions that take you through a traditional processing cycle. The tutorial contains data for a fictitious company, letting you try out program features without affecting your real company data.
Of course, during these various phases of learning, RTI’s Client Services staff is available to help and answer any of your “how-to” questions.
Customized On-site Training
Many people find that the Product Tours and tutorials meet their training needs. However, you may be one of those people who prefer face-to-face training for more in-depth knowledge.
For those who find and “up close and personal” approach to learning quicker and more efficient, RTI offers customized on-site training. You define the agenda you want for your on-site session: comprehensive training in one or more applications, help in a targeted area, an RTI 2000 solution to an office issue, or a combination of all three.
The cost of on-site training is only $500 a day, plus travel, accommodations, and incidental expenses. This is truly a great investment for your company, and will pay returns each day through more productive use of your RTI applications.
